Intuitive abilities are directly connected to an individual’s energetic vibration. Some people have light, positive energy, a high vibration. While others emanate a darker, more negative energy. Of course, life is full of challenges and daily changes that can alter our vibration subtly or drastically sometimes. But, there is a lot that can be done to get and maintain a high, or higher vibration. Here are some of our tips for lifting up your vibration:
First, make this your intention, and ask your higher power to assist you in achieving this goal daily. Make a conscious effort to lighten up, and not take things so seriously whenever possible. Use your sense of humor throughout the day. Especially, find humor in your own mistakes and shortcomings. In other words, embrace imperfection, yours and that of those around you.
Secondly, forgive yourself and others for all past and present mistakes, no matter how these mistakes have affected your life. By holding any grudges, you remain connected to that trauma and the person who caused it. Bring it into the light of forgiveness as a gift to yourself.
Next, be aware of all the energy around you, including other people, media, food, and environments. We have many choices each day as to where to spend our time, whom to spend it with, what foods and beverages we put into our bodies and the types of music, television, news, and our own thoughts about ourselves and others. If we are eating poorly, get dehydrated, use toxic language or think toxic thoughts, there is a recipe for a very low vibration. If on the other hand, we look for beauty everywhere, nourish our bodies with organic , fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and drink plenty of good quality water and healthy beverages while exposing ourselves to beautiful music and time spent meditating on all of the blessings in our life, we are sure to raise our vibrations.
